At Glazer's Camera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in original, like-new condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

  Obtain Authorization

  Contact our customer service team or visit our Seattle showroom to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear in a sturdy shipping box and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
